The most common cause for this is because people try to access the resources via the public home page, these are only jpeg images and will not open. Activities must be accessed from the resource tab inside your account.

Homeschoolers FAQ
I home-school, why can't I list as a school?
Studyladder values the great job homeschoolers are doing. We also realise that any cost is a burden on families, that is why we only charge one annual fee which covers all the children in the family. We receive no external funding and could not survive without help from those who pay for full access. To help families we always keep our price as low as possible. The annual family fee covers all subjects and all children at a cost that is less than one cup of coffee a fortnight. When we added the extra subjects the annual fee remained the same as it was for just mathematics. Studyladder now includes Mathematics, Literacy, Science, Music, Art, Languages, Culture, Health, Safety and Citizenship. Any teacher wishing to use this resource with their own children are still expected to pay the same fee as homeschoolers and most do.
Parents can choose the limited FREE access option which is the same that school students have (3 homework activities per day). Studyladder will continue to keep its prices low with the one fee covering all subjects and all children. We wish to thank the many parents who support us by upgrading to the full system.
